Hi, I’m Milda, and I know how exhausting it is to go through your entire summer feeling guilt and shame about what and how much you've eaten and if you can wear your favourite dress tomorrow...
I’m a Nutritional Therapist with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition and a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders — but I’m also someone who’s been there. I’ve struggled with binge eating and bulimia for over a decade, so I deeply understand the emotional, physical, and mental toll this takes.
With me, there’s no judgement and no one-size-fits-all fix. Just personalised, compassionate support to help you rebuild trust with food, stop bingeing, and show up in your life feeling calm, capable, and free.
