Work With Me: Find the Right Support for You

Choose the most supportive way to work with me based on your eating challenges, goals, and readiness for support

If you’re struggling with food, eating patterns, or body trust, you don’t need to fit into a single label to get support. I work with adults who experience disordered eating, binge eating, bulimia, and ADHD-related eating challenges, as well as optimising ADHD symptoms for better focus, energy and mood — and this page will help you find the best next step for you

Choose the best path for you right now:

I work online with adults across the UK and internationally, including clients in Bath, Bristol, Frome, and London.

Disordered Eating

Your relationship with food is keeping you stuck and you want lasting change. You’re stuck in food anxiety, fear of weight gain, food rules and cycles of overeating and yo-yo dieting. You don’t feel “sick enough”, but you are mentally exhausted by food and feel miserable.

Binge Eating

You’re feeling completely out of control around food and experience overwhelming cycles of binge eating and restriction after. You may already know your triggers, but they seem to creep up on you until you find yourself at the end of another binge feeling guilty and hopeless.

ADHD & Eating

Your food habits are chaotic and inconsistent and if you could only create some consistency, your energy, moods and ADHD focus would improve. Perhaps your food habits are also fuelling binges or disordered eating and you’re ready to explore how nutrition can help.

I do not provide crisis or inpatient-level eating disorder support.
If you are medically unstable or require urgent care, I can help signpost you to appropriate services.

The Process of Working With Me

LET'S GET CLEAR...

The Process of Working With Me

STEP 1: Get clear if I’m the right person to support via a Discovery Call

STEP 2: Let’s choose the most suitable 1:1 programme for our work together, based on your needs

STEP 3: Getting set up for the sessions with filling in a few forms that will help me understand your situation better

STEP 4: Our work then continues through regular 1:1 sessions, where we gently and practically:

  • Untangle disordered eating patterns
  • Reduce binge–restrict cycles and food anxiety
  • Rebuild trust in hunger, fullness, and body cues
  • Develop skills that work in real life, not just on “good days”
  • Help you build resilience around food, body image and stress.

I work within my professional scope and engage in regular supervision and ongoing training.

HERE FOR YOU

Tailored to Your Unique Journey

HERE FOR YOU

Tailored to Your Unique Journey

Although many people struggle with similar patterns, no two journeys are the same. Your support is always tailored to you, taking into account:

  • Your eating patterns and triggers
  • Your nervous system, stress levels, and emotional landscape
  • ADHD traits, if relevant
  • Your health history, lifestyle, and capacity
  • Your pace — not an arbitrary timeline.

We focus on progress, not perfection, and setbacks are part of the journey, which helps us learn about your situation. The goal is not just to “eat better”, but to feel calmer, freer, and more confident around food — long term.

Hey I’m Milda! 👋🏻

Meet Your Nutritional Therapist

I’m Milda your Nutritional Therapist specialising in disordered eating, binge eating, bulimia, and ADHD-related eating patterns. I work with adults who feel stuck in cycles of food obsession, restriction, bingeing, or emotional eating — often after years (or decades) of dieting or trying to “fix” their eating on their own.

My work is compassionate, evidence-based, and personalised. Together, we focus on understanding why your eating patterns developed and rebuilding trust with food in a way that works with your nervous system and real life using nutritional, psychological and behavioural tools.

I’m a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders (NCFED) and hold an MSc in Personalised Nutrition. I work online with clients across the UK and internationally, with many based in Bath, Bristol, Frome, London, and surrounding areas. I cannot wait to support you in changing your food relationship too!

🌿 FAQs on Working With Me

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to work with me. Many people experience disordered eating, binge eating, or food obsession without meeting diagnostic criteria — yet still feel deeply impacted. Support is available regardless of labels.

What’s the difference between disordered eating and binge eating?

Disordered eating is a broad term that includes restrictive dieting, food rules, anxiety around food, and cycles of overeating. Binge eating is a specific pattern involving loss of control and consuming large amounts of food, often followed by guilt or shame. Many people experience overlap between the two.

Is this suitable if I’ve already tried therapy or diets?

Yes. Many clients come to me after trying therapy, diets, or other approaches that didn’t fully resolve their relationship with food. My work integrates nutritional, psychological, and behavioural tools to address both the physiological and emotional drivers of eating patterns.

Do you work online or only in person?

All sessions are currently offered online. I work with adults across the UK and internationally, including clients based in Bath, Bristol, Frome, London, and surrounding areas.

What if I’m not sure which support path is right for me?

That’s completely normal. If you’re unsure whether disordered eating, binge eating, or ADHD-related support fits you best, we’ll clarify this together during a Discovery Call and choose the most supportive starting point.
