This session will help you understand where EXACTLY you are getting stuck with your food habits and relationship with food and give you solid practical steps to overcome binge eating. An introductory session into our regular consistent work together towards lasting change.
2h session with Binge Eating Therapist Milda - £147
Milda is a kind, very knowledgeable, skilful, and compassionate therapist. Before I started my therapy with her, I was stuck in a cycle of binging, restricting, overexercising, and hating myself and my body. I didn’t know how to escape the vicious circle and felt very lost. During my first session with Milda, she helped me explore the reasons that might have lead to me developing binge eating disorder and body dysmorphia. Having this understanding helped me change the way I saw myself and what was happening to me. I have learned so much about my eating habits and how to break them, listen to my body more and eat more mindfully. My relationship with food has improved significantly and I feel much happier. Milda has also given me tools to deal with negative body image and low self-esteem. Although I’m not fully recovered yet, I can see the massive difference that the therapy sessions have made in my life and I can now see light at the end of the tunnel, which I couldn’t see for a very long time before I started working with Milda. I would recommend her to anyone who struggles with eating disorders/disordered eating and/or negative body image. She was very supportive, I never felt judged by her.
